Fitch Affirms IC Russ-Invest at 'B'; Outlook Stable
18 January 2012 Fitch Ratings has affirmed Russian-based OJSC IC RUSS-INVEST's Long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at 'B', National Long-term rating at 'BBB-(rus)' and Short-term IDR at 'B'. The Outlooks for the Long-term IDR and National Long-term rating are Stable.

The outlook for the long-term ratings is stable. At the same time, Moody's Interfax Rating Agency, which is majority-owned by Moody's, has assigned a Baa1.ru long-term National Scale Rating (NSR) to IC RUSS-INVEST.

Bernanke speech was quite well balanced – he warned congressmen not to impede the current economic recovery while stressing the risks of fiscal crisis. Fed’s Evans urged the FOMC to target inflation at 3% and unemployment at 7% while Fisher criticized Fed’s decision to publish long-term rate forecasts.
