Development strategy of OJSC «IC RUSS-INVEST»
In July 2007 the consortium of Russian Institute of Directors (RID) and Expert Rating Agency (RA) called RID-Expert RA increased the corporate governance rating of OJSC «IC RUSS-INVEST» to NRKU 7+, which stands for “well-developed practice of corporate governance” according to the scale of National Corporate Governance Rating.
TARIFFS for services related to document copy distribution and mailing of documents related to the business activities of OJSC «IC RUSS-INVEST» according to the provisions of art. 91 of the Federal Law “On joint stock companies” No. 208-FZ of 26.11.1995 (rev. on 27.02.2003).
Information for payers: please include in the tariffs for services related to document copy distribution and mailing the postal charges amounting to 29 rubles 21 kopeks (maximum), based on the current tariffs for postal services regardless of the documents being sent by the post office).

The outlook for the long-term ratings is stable. At the same time, Moody's Interfax Rating Agency, which is majority-owned by Moody's, has assigned a Baa1.ru long-term National Scale Rating (NSR) to IC RUSS-INVEST.
